The milk factory was completely rebuilt and modernized through a SAPARD program started in 2007, with an investment value of approximately 9,000,000 lei.
The current fully automated technology allows the processing of 30,000 liters of milk in 2 shifts.
Currently, the factory has 2 independent milk processing lines, with separate technological flows, and an installation for washing and sterilizing all equipment, computer-controlled.

The factory’s layout includes: milk reception, CIP processing, chilled water processing, hot water processing, reception laboratory, crate washing, milk consumption production, cheese production, yogurt production, butter production, maturation warehouse, cheese storage, dairy storage, packaging storage, dispatch area, offices, sanitary groups, commercial space, dining room, locker rooms.
The main equipment in the factory’s inventory includes: electric pumps, cooling apparatus, storage tanks, pasteurizer, automatic pasteurizer, degreaser, homogenizer, automatic pet filling machine, semi-automatic packaging machine for containers, coagulation multipurpose unit, curd drainage box, automatic vacuum packaging machine, spinning machine, extrusion group, sealing machine, pneumatic press, curd and yogurt maturing machine, fat whey tank, centrifugal separator for whey creaming, stirring vat, butter portioning machine, steam generator, cold water plant, compressed air tank, semi-automatic CIP system with 2 tanks for acid solutions and 1 tank for water.
The building is equipped with interior installations for water supply, sewage, heating, and electrical energy for lighting and power outlets.
