Constructed through an APDRP program initiated in 2011, the animal feed factory, with an area of 200 square meters, has a total capacity of 16 tons/day within an 8-hour interval. The products in the factory include compound feed for cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry.
The processing technology in the factory is semi-automated – the product passes through closed circuits until it is delivered in bulk or packaged in bags, without direct contact with operators. The factory’s equipment includes: corn silos with aerators, wheat silos, feed silos, finished product silos, automatic mill with weighing system (2 tons/hour), automatic mixer with weighing system, 60-ton truck scale, and a bagging line for 25-50kg bags.
Adjacent to the animal feed factory, there are also 2 free-stall barns for 100 head each and 12 cereal silos with a capacity of 1000 tons each.
